1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 44pk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the 44pk website at 44pk.onl and all associated services, games, betting markets and promotional offers available through it.

General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

All bets placed on 44pk are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking your bet slip before confirming a wager. 44pk will not reverse bets on the grounds that you selected the wrong market, stake or outcome, except where a technical error on the platform's part can be clearly demonstrated.

Sports betting markets on 44pk — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports — are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and competition. These rules cover scenarios including match abandonment, result reversal, player withdrawal and other events that may affect settlement.

Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time you click to confirm your bet are the odds that will be applied, subject to any late changes noted in the bet acceptance rules.
